Core Insight:
According to Osho, upasana means sitting near—dwelling in the presence of the master, of beauty, truth, the auspicious—and passively waiting with an open heart. It is actionless action: you don’t force the divine; you prepare, like arranging for sleep—silence, stillness, receptivity—and invite it. No special place is required; simply sit quietly, loosen thought, become empty, and let the divine arrive by itself.
