According to Osho, will is not the prime mover of action—vision is. When inner seeing is clear, will naturally serves it; without vision, will hardens into rule-bound 'character' that keeps acting mechanically even as circumstances change. Character belongs to the periphery; vision is the center. Cultivate insight, then let will execute, flexible and intelligent, rather than clinging to fixed rules.
