According to Osho, at the deepest insight whatever happens is the Divine acting; surrendering the sense of “I do” is the essence of sadhana. This is not fatalism but a transformative discipline: when egoic doership dissolves, suffering and “bad” actions cease by themselves, and goodness flows effortlessly. Don’t use it to excuse failure; remove the doer and let God’s will work through you.
