According to Osho, Zen’s moment-to-moment awareness and Saraha’s Sahaj-yoga are two expressions of the same inner process—one flame in different lamps. Both sprout from Buddha’s bodhi-tree. Surface forms, words, and personalities differ, but the core raga is identical: present, empty, nondual awareness. True understanding (prajna) recognizes oneness and lives fresh, unshadowed by past or future.
They’re the same “be aware right now,” like one moon reflected in different waters—don’t carry past or future, just look freshly.
