Core Insight:
According to Osho, self-remembering centers awareness on the ‘self’ while you non-thinkingly observe moods and thoughts; it crystallizes presence. Witnessing is a step beyond: even the ‘I’ dissolves and only pure remembering remains—awareness aware of itself, vast and unbound. Self-remembering is the bridge and beginning; witnessing is the culmination where mind and self drop, leaving just effortless, choiceless consciousness.
