Is it more difficult for a woman to become enlightened than for a man?

According to Osho, enlightenment isn’t harder for women; historically fewer women became 'Masters' because women are more relaxed, balanced and pragmatically oriented, lacking the inner tension and neurotic drive that pushes men—often crazed by wives and their envy of women’s biological creativity—into feverish achievement and truth‑seeking. Men’s imbalance creates seekers; women’s ease means less outward striving, not lesser capacity.
