Do the names of Jesus Christ, Krishna, and Mohammed signify a similarity in their consciousness or a unification of communities?

According to Osho, the names of Jesus, Krishna, and Mohammed are not meant to knit their communities together; the true unity lies in their shared, awakened consciousness. Enlightenment has one flavor, regardless of form or tradition. On that level they are already one; only followers and labels create separation.
