According to Osho, sexual fantasies arising in meditation are natural and even auspicious: they show your life-energy has been stirred where it presently resides. Sex is as sacred as samadhi; the lower and higher are one continuum. Don’t feel guilty or repress it—allow the energy to flow. With acceptance, that same energy gradually moves from sexuality toward love, silence, and ultimately samadhi.
