According to Osho, an enlightened person is a non-doer: awareness sees what happens, but there’s nobody inside to judge, manage, or engineer outcomes. The whole acts through them. Whether or not impact is apparent, help only happens when others are ripe; some are transformed, others drift away—everything is accepted as it is.
