According to Osho, to be "established in samadhi in Brahman-like action" means perceiving only Brahman within and without, so the doer, deed, and doing are Brahman. One acts, yet inwardly abides in samadhi: problemless, questionless, tension-free. Actions flow effortlessly, like wind or water, because there is no separate "me" to do; Brahman alone moves.
