According to Osho, latihan is a let-go where you surrender to existence and allow bodily energy to move spontaneously, not by the mind; it’s closer to Dynamic Meditation than to self-hypnosis. Self-hypnosis uses the mind’s suggestions and control, while latihan dissolves the doer. Add witnessing to latihan so you remain master—able to start/stop, release tensions safely, and prevent uncontrolled episodes.
