According to Osho, catharsis comes by reversing repression: express everything without directing it at anyone. Start with 10 minutes of chaotic breathing to upset fixed body–mind patterns; then for 10 minutes let whatever arises erupt—cry, shout, laugh, move—into empty space. Finally, chant the meaningless sound “hoo” vigorously for 10 minutes to strike the sex center and release deep tensions.
