According to Osho, Sannyas cannot—and need not—avoid becoming an 'empty church' after the Master departs. Truth is alive only in the present contact; when the flower is gone, so is its fragrance. He will appoint no successors and rejects plastic substitutes. The only 'avoidance' is personal responsibility now: take the transmission today, awaken yourself, and don't postpone or institutionalize living truth.
