According to Osho, you can’t neatly separate ‘their aggression’ from ‘your issue’ because life is interdependent. Treat aggression as a mirror: first ask, What in me may trigger this? Then inquire compassionately with them—Do I remind you of someone? Have I hurt you? Often it’s their past (parental imprints) projecting onto you. Don’t react; understand, clarify, and dissolve it through awareness and dialogue.
