Core Insight:
According to Osho, enlightenment doesn’t exclude human tears; it is totality and spontaneity. An enlightened one allows whatever arises—smiles or tears—without repression, ego, or clinging. Rinzai wept for his master’s passing, honoring the uniqueness of the body’s disappearance while knowing the soul is immortal. Such tears express naturalness and compassion, not ignorance; freedom includes all weather of the sky.
