How can I manage judgment in my role as a teacher?

According to Osho, a teacher must judge actions, not persons. Correct mistakes firmly, but without condemning the student’s being. The person is vast; an act is a small fragment. Intervene to prevent harm—“Don’t go that way”—from love and compassion, not superiority. Guide, set limits, and redirect behavior while honoring the student’s dignity and latent goodness.
