According to Osho, there is no conflict: awakening and responsibility are complementary and can unfold together. Total responsibility is possible only when awakened, since the unconscious drives most actions; yet taking even partial responsibility now kindles awareness. Responsibility and awareness mutually amplify each other, leading either to gradual growth through practices or to sudden recognition that your nature is already enlightened.
