Is there a difference in the relationship of the master to his male disciples and his relationship to his female disciples?

According to Osho, there is no essential difference: in the spiritual dynamic, all disciples are 'female'—embodying receptivity, openness, trust and surrender—while all masters are 'male'—the active, penetrating principle. The master relates to the disciple’s feminine quality, regardless of biological sex. Hence a woman master functions energetically as 'male,' and a man disciple learns through feminine receptivity.
