How can we prevent a gathering of rebels and seekers from becoming an established society?

According to Osho, a true rebel never becomes part of any establishment; the danger begins when gatherings seek power, order, and hierarchy. Keep rebellion individual, fluid and rooted in meditation and personal responsibility, not organization. Avoid ranks, laws, and institutional roles; resist leaders who build systems. A commune of conscious individuals remains a living movement, not a fixed society.
