Does where we have come from have significance in relation to where we are going?

According to Osho, origin and destination are identical—the same source you came from is where you are going—so tracing the past has no special significance. Probing previous lives or cosmic beginnings only breeds unnecessary anguish. The essential task is turning inward now, awakening to your being; then the whole journey is realized as a return to the same center.
