How can we raise the consciousness of the entire planet?

According to Osho, planetary consciousness can’t be uplifted by a collective “we” or leaders of crowds. Only awakened individuals raise it—each person dropping the egoic “I” and living as a humble, alert, authentic “i.” A true commune is a communion of unique individuals, not a herd; transform yourself, and your presence radiates, inviting others to awaken.
