"A Heartfelt Reflection on the OSHO Celebration – “Happy Work Life” 12th October 2025 🌸 Attended a one-day OSHO celebration program, Happy Work Life, on Sunday, 12th October 2025, wonderfully organized by Dr. Shamala and Mohan Rao. Every detail—from the serene venue to the wholesome breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner—was meticulously planned. The food was both tasty and healthy, served with warmth and care, giving us time to relish, rest, and reflect. The program was a beautifully curated journey through various meditations — Dynamic, Marketplace, Kundalini, and Cosmic Energy — each helping us connect deeper with ourselves and the present moment. The exploration of the five Yendras brought awareness to how we engage with our body, thoughts, and surroundings. It was a day of profound learning, joy, and inner stillness. One of the most meaningful takeaways for me was how the sessions gently guided us to love the work we do — by being mindful, centered, and present in every action. When the mind is calm and the heart is grateful, even routine work becomes an expression of joy and creativity. The energy of the group, the conscious conversations, and the reminder that food is Divine made the day truly special. My heartfelt gratitude to the organizers and everyone who came together to make this experience so enriching.
